أقيمت بالامس بطولة افريقيا للترياثلون في اغادير بالمغرب حيث احتكرت جنوب افريقيا كل المراكز المتقدمة في بطولات الرجال والنساء والناشئين والناشئات مع إستثناء واحد وهو المركز الاول للناشئين. فقد فاز بالمركز الاول الناشئ المغربي يونس كزكوس متبوع من خمسة من جنوب افريقيا. نحيي يونس من هنا ونبارك له بهذا الفوز العظيم متمنيين له ان يجد الدعم اللازم لإكمال طريقه والوصول الى اعلى المراتب العالمية في المستقبل القريب ان شاء الله.
وكدت ان انسى ذكر البطل المصري محمد خالد الفائز بالمركز الاول للشباب تحت ٢٣ عام. ألف مبروك لك يا محمد. وانا اعلم اننا سنرى المزيد منك في المستقبل.

The 2013 African Triathlon Championships took place yesterday in Agadir in Morocco. South Africa won almost all of the leading positions with one exception being the first place in the male Juniors race. This was won by Junior Moroccan triathlete Younes Kouzkouz, who was followed by 5 South Africans. Our regards and congratulations go to Younes for his great achievement. We hope he will find all the support he needs to continue his journey towards the highest possible international ranks.
I almost forgot to mention Mohamed Khaled, first place winner in the U23 category. Well done, Mohamed and I know that we will see more of you in the future.

Also, big congratulations to Egyptian Junior female triathlete Joupinar Tarek for her excellent fifth place. Well done.
