اسئلة وإجابات Questions and answers

١- بعد ان كتبت عن فكرة تكوين فريق عربي للترياثلون اتتني عدة اسئلة من متابعين يستفسرون عما اذا كنت انا ابحث عن لاعبين لينضموا الى هذا الفريق. لذلك اردت ان اوضح هنا انني كنت اطرح فكرة فقط ومع اني شديد الاهتمام بهذه الفكرة الا ان عملي كمدير قسم المشاريع الهندسية في اوروبا وافريقيا والشرق الاوسط لمنتوجات التجميل والعطور والحلاقة في شركة بروكتر وجامبل لا يعطيني وقت فراغ كاف لتنفيذ الفكرة بنفسي. كما ان هناك محترفين في هذا المجال باستطاعتهم التنفيذ افضل مني. وسأبقى جاهزا لأي طلب للإستشارة او اي شيء آخر يسمح لي وقتي بعمله. اهم شيء بالنسبة لي الآن هو العثور على شركات او مؤسسات مهتمة والمشاركة في رسم خطة طريق.

٢- وجدت اهتماما من البعض بالحصول على برنامج للتمرينات يساعد المبتدئين على التحضير إلى اول ترياثلون سبرينت. لذلك فقد كتبت برنامجا بسيطا مدته ٦ اسابيع.  إذا اردت الحصول على نسخة مجانية فاترك لي تعليقاً هنا مهما كان قصيراً ثم ارسل لي ايميل لكي ارد عليها لاصقاً نسخة مع ردّي. 

1- After I wrote about the idea of creating a triathlon team consisting of Arabs only (posted only in arabic so far), I received several questions asking if I was looking for athletes to join the team. Therefore, I wanted to clarify that I was only proposing the idea and, although I would be extremely interested, my day job as an Associate Director of Engineering with responsibility for Europe, Middle East and Africa in the Beauty Care, Prestige and Shave Care business at Procter & Gamble does not leave me with sufficient time to execute the idea by myself. Besides, there are enough professionals in this field who would be more capable to execute than me. I remain available for consultations and any other needs that fit within the time I have. The most important thing for me currently is to acquire interested corporations and help creating a road map.

2- I found interest by some in obtaining a triathlon training plan that helps beginners prepare for their first ever triathlon race. So, I wrote a simple 6-week plan (in arabic).
